The Right Person
If you are a person who believes they can make a difference, help people and solve customer problems, then uniPoint wants you. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years customer service / support experience to join our team.
The successful person should have strong interpersonal and English communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must as well as your ability to work independently and within a team. Good working knowledge and experience in customer service and technical support is a great asset.
- Brokering support requests
- New customer installs and configuration
- Troubleshooting software, database connections & network issues
- Maintaining system documentation and help files
Experience with the following softwares/technologies is a great asset:
- Windows Desktop
- Windows Server
- SQL Server
