We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Customer Care Coordinator
Date: June 17, 2020
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Duration: Full time
Start Date: Immediate

Your Skills

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a must as well as your ability to work
independently and within a team. Experience managing customer is a great asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with our customers by completing 40-60 outbound
    advocacy phone or video conference calls per day. These are calls to check in
    with our customers to see how things are going
  • Serve as the liaison between uniPoint Sales, Support and Implementation teams, to ensure smooth adoption of the software
  • Scheduling of all onsite and virtual consulting/training between our customers and consultants
  • Schedule, facilitate and promote attendance for Tradeshows, uniPoint Sales
    Seminars, User Conferences, Web & Onsite Presentations and Virtual Informational Webinars.
  • Resolve customer questions/issues as they arise

Knowledge & Ability:

  • MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email

Education:

  • High school education
  • College or University Degree a plus

skills are key qualifications to success within our organization.

Quality Management Software Implementation Consultant
Date: February 17, 2020
Location: USA, and must be a US citizen living in the USA
Duration: Contract, Full time
Start Date: Immediate

Your Skills

  • Perform On-Site and Virtual Training/Implementation
  • Travel: 75% throughout the USA, no weekend work required
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of uniPoint Quality Management System
  • 5 years working experience in a Manufacturing Quality Management Environment
  • 3 years experience working in software implementation/training
  • Understanding of Quality Standards
