Sales Representative


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven software sales support candidate with the ability to assist in initiating and maintaining long-standing relationships with prospective clients. This results-driven position will be instrumental in prospecting the marketplace in order to qualify leads and assist our sales team in establishing new client partnerships. Key responsibilities will include assisting Regional Sales Managers and Customer Account Manager with meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by:

  • Reaching out to existing qualified leads and new lists of prospects to determine level of interest and to schedule call appointments, 40-50 calls per day
  • Driving prospects to regularly-scheduled informational webinars and on-site seminars
  • Providing email and phone follow up to interested prospective customers
  • Contacting existing customers for after-market sales prospecting while properly documenting in our client database all calls, emails and other communication activity on a daily basis
  • Learning the uniPoint product to co-host virtual informational webinars
  • Cultivating and growing new referral partnership relationships with customers and ISO quality partners
  • PowerPoint creation/updates
  • Client Database maintenance
  • Other sales support projects as directed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree would be an asset
  • Sales support experience, preferably in the manufacturing or software marketplace would be an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication and demonstration skills
  • Demonstrated ability in a team environment in helping to drive new business
  • Exceptional self-directed and time management skills and a commitment to accountability
  • Out-going, self motivated personality
  • Knowledge of uniPoint software is a definite asset
  • Qualified candidates would be office based in Winnipeg, with occasional travel to trade shows & user conferences.
