uniPoint’s Portal Module is currently under construction, with a planned release in mid 2018. The Portal Module offers the ability for external users to manage assigned uniPoint quality tasks or sign-offs at a managerial level. This will will allow your company to collaborate directly and seamlessly with customers, vendors and remote employees alike in the life-cycle management of uniPoint quality records.

The Portal Module allows for the user assignment of advanced process steps with NC, CPA and Doc Control records to external users or groups of users. Controlled access to Customer and Vendors can be quickly setup as users with a username and password. This will allow them to receive an email with a Portal hyperlink when tasks are assigned to them. They will click on the link to access the portal with secure login security. From there, they can complete their assigned task or sign-off within uniPoint as well as attach files Reminder emails can be sent to remote users for incomplete tasks and sign-offs.

This module will be a game-changer, and utilizes our new-generation mobile/web technology platform.
