Performed by a Certified ISO Auditor and uniPoint Implementation Consultant, we help you build your quality system into the uniPoint QMS. A typical implementation is 3 steps. Your actual implementation plan may vary depending on the standard(s) you wish to comply with, your GAP Analysis and the workload your staff is prepared to undertake. All uniPoint ISO Consulting Services can be completed remotely, unless on-site travel is requested.

3 Steps to ISO Compliance
Assessment
Conduct a GAP Analysis (assessment) to determine the total scope of the project by measuring the effectiveness of the existing management systems, determining the internal resources available and including the requirements of the specific standard being certified to. Optimal action plan(s) are developed. Also, an ISO overview/presentation at your facility for the purpose of introducing ISO concepts/benefits to management may be included if requested.
Development of Management System
Based upon the results of the GAP Analysis, develop your ISO Management System including a manual and all related forms (policies, procedures, schedules). Modify your existing records or use our uniPoint templates to create uniPoint documents, training records and audit records. Link records to the manual and procedures, and cross reference them using our Attachments feature.
Implementation/Final Preparation/Internal Audit
Implement the new ISO Management System at your facility, review the new system documentation with key individuals as required and develop an action plan(s) for completion of necessary forms/schedules.
Perform an internal audit at your facility in order to verify compliance of your new Management System with the specific ISO standard requirements. Also, facilitate the initial required management review meeting if requested.
Certification
- Requires the engagement of an appropriate Registrar and is quoted and invoiced through them. uniPoint can recommend/facilitate a suggested Registrar if requested.
- An initial certification audit, as well as annual surveillance audits, will be required as per ISO. uniPoint can be contracted to support/participate in these audits. If requested, this service is sold and invoiced separately through uniPoint.
In addition, as per ISO requirements, uniPoint can conduct an annual consulting and internal audit in order to verify continued compliance to the ISO Management System and to prepare for the annual Registrar surveillance audit. If requested, this service is sold and invoiced separately through uniPoint.
