uniPoint Web

Scope

Using our new mobile-first development platform, uniPoint Web is our next-generation interface that complements uniPoint Windows. It offers a clean and modern design with an adaptive and responsive approach that auto-sizes to your working environment.

Meetings Module

Scope

uniPoint’s Meeting module allows for the creation of single or reoccurring meetings. As meetings can be scheduled with the click of a button, your meetings will be more efficient and attendees will be better informed and will come prepared for a constructive session.

Portal Module

The Portal Module offers the ability for external users to manage assigned uniPoint quality tasks or sign-offs at a managerial level. This will will allow your company to collaborate directly and seamlessly with customers, vendors and remote employees alike in the life-cycle management of uniPoint quality records.

The Portal Module allows for the user assignment of advanced process steps with NC, CA and Doc Control records to external users or groups of users. Controlled access to Customer and Vendors can be quickly setup as users with a username and password. This will allow them to receive an email with a Portal hyperlink when tasks are assigned to them. They will click on the link to access the portal with secure login security. From there, they can complete their assigned task or sign-off within uniPoint as well as attach files Reminder emails can be sent to remote users for incomplete tasks and sign-offs.

This module will be a game-changer, and utilizes our new-generation mobile/web technology platform.

AS9100 Forms Module

Scope

The AS9102, Rev. B/C First Article Inspection forms certify that each sample unit was produced and inspected according to the customer’s specifications, and includes all physical, material and chemical test data relative to the part specification. This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) establishes documentation requirements for the First Article Inspection (FAI).

Summary

The purpose of the First Article Inspection is to provide objective evidence that all engineering design and specification requirements are properly understood, accounted for, verified, and documented. It is intended that the documentation generated will be a quality record of the supplier and customer for review of accountability and planning, for performing periodic surveillance and audits to verify conformance, for evaluating root cause and corrective action for any non-conformances, and for problem investigations.

Inspection Manager Module

Scope

The uniPoint Inspection Manager Module is a valuable and versatile add-on module for our flagship Inspection Module which manages the automatic transfer of data from your Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or other inspection or production equipment that can output dimensional measurements to an output file, like a spreadsheet or database.

Summary

Inspection Manager offers a standalone module, with a custom element that translates your machine data output file and polls the data directly into the appropriate uniPoint Inspection Record. You can utilize this module to automate the transfer of data from multiple machines into multiple inspection records simultaneously. The impact of this module goes beyond mere cost savings. Risk Management Module

The uniPoint Sign-Offs module is an ideal extension of our Education & Training module. It extends the training sign-off function to any employee or instructor with access to an internet-enabled computer. Once all sign-offs are completed, the training record can be set to status completed.

This module will lower your cost of uniPoint ownership, as full concurrent uniPoint login users are not required. Instead, inexpensive web users can be purchased, allowing hundreds of employees to perform this vital function themselves, in a controlled environment.

Doc Viewer Module

Scope

uniPoint’s Doc Viewer extends the visibility of your document library to your entire organization, business partners, and remote employees. Login to the uniPoint Web Console from any internet-enabled computer and you see a familiar screen — the uniPoint Document Module search screen! From there, you can select any document that you have security to, and instantly download and print the document.

This modules provides instant access to all important quality documents, procedures, and work instructions to your all your employees – without having to purchase full uniPoint concurrent seats. The Doc Viewer Module is READ-ONLY, so there is no way an employee can effect any change to the document.

Web Requests Module

Scope

uniPoint’s Web Request module is a versatile solution to create, submit and monitor requests throughout all uniPoint modules. From any internet-enabled computer, you can create Request To-Do’s inside uniPoint, assigned to users or groups. Web Requests can be actioned to create new or edit existing quality records without having to log in to uniPoint.

A mobile device such as a Windows Tablet running uniPoint Mobile allows users to capture inspection results electronically. Supplier Management Module

Taking it one step further, you can even setup approved suppliers per Customer, as your customers may dictate which of their approved suppliers can be used.

Surveys Module

The uniPoint Surveys module offers powerful survey creation, structured response collection management, advanced scoring and survey analysis tools.
