This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build a career in customer success, account management, or tech.
As an Experience Specialist, you’ll be reaching out to our existing customers — not cold prospects. These are organizations that already trust uniPoint and expect to hear from us.
Your conversations are simple and positive:

- “Here’s something new you might find useful.”
It’s about checking in, adding value, and strengthening relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with existing customers through outbound phone or video calls (20/day)
(These are friendly check-ins — not cold calls. Our customers expect and appreciate them.) - Build strong relationships by understanding how customers are using our software
- Act as a bridge between customers and our Sales, Support, and Implementation teams
- Help coordinate customer kick-off-calls, training sessions, and follow-ups
- Schedule on-site and virtual consulting visits
- Manage company participation in trade shows, webinars, events, and user conferences
- Respond to customer questions and help ensure a smooth overall experience
- Keep organized records of customer interactions
Why This Role is Different
- You’ll only be speaking with existing customers who know and trust us
- Our proactive outreach is a key reason we maintain a 95% customer retention rate
- Conversations are supportive and relationship-focused, not transactional
- You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business (support, sales, marketing)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Friendly, approachable, and naturally good with people
- Organized and responsive
- Comfortable talking on the phone and using email/video tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in helping others succeed
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- College or university education
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary and annual bonus program
- Health benefits package
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- All Canadian statutory holidays
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company
- A supportive, team-oriented environment
- A role where your work directly impacts customer success
If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers, we’d love to hear from you.
